Neither the association By-Laws or Restrictions and Covenants require HOA building approvals. If asked by the township building department to obtain an HOA approval prior issuance of a building permit inform them it is not required. Printing the attached letter may help resolve the issue. If necessary you may contact the association President or Property Manager for assistance.
