Annual association membership meetings are held at the November Board Meeting. It is important that association members attend. First, election of board members are held during this annual meeting. Second, this is an opportunity for HOA members to meet board members, ask questions and voice concerns. Third, there must be a quorum of attendees plus proxies to conduct business.
